We ship all orders across Ivory Coast through reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. As our products, such as iron billets, TMT rods, and square bars, are heavy construction items, free shipping is not available. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of each consignment and are communicated clearly before order confirmation. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for these items, and all orders must be prepaid to avoid cancellation. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, as they require special handling and dispatch. We take every measure to ensure proper packaging and secure transportation, minimizing the risk of damage during transit.
